The Nigerian Association of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketers NALPGAM has implored the Federal Government to find a way to maintain stable gas prices so that every Nigerian can afford it.
Abideen Olatunbosun, the leader of NALPGAM, took to the stage during their 36th annual general meeting and conference in Ibadan, Oyo State to express his concerns. The theme of the gathering was “Expanding Gas Utilization Beyond Imagination,” but it was the concern for everyday Nigerians that stole the spotlight.
With sincerity in his voice, Abideen stressed the importance of keeping gas prices from soaring to the heavens. He worries that if the prices continue to rise, this essential resource might slip through the fingers of ordinary Nigerians, becoming a luxury that only the privileged can enjoy.
